•     All returns must include the original packaging, tags, and receipt/order confirmation.


Non-Returnable Items
•     Worn, damaged, or altered footwear.
•     Clearance or final-sale items.
•     Customized or personalized products.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

  •  Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  •   If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Defective or Incorrect Items

  •  If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately.
  •   We’ll cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or full refund.
